Flexible ester-based polyurethane pneumatic tubing supplied in convenient 25 metre rolls for compressed air, pneumatic controls, automation and general industrial applications.
Manufactured from high-quality polyester-based polyurethane (Ester PU), this pneumatic tube combines excellent flexibility, abrasion resistance and oil resistance with a smooth internal bore for reliable compressed-air flow.
Available in 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 16mm OD metric sizes, with a wide choice of colours for easy identification of pneumatic circuits.

Material: Polyester-based polyurethane (Ester PU)
Ester polyurethane provides an excellent combination of flexibility, mechanical strength and abrasion resistance, making it particularly suitable for compressed-air systems, machinery and industrial automation.
Its flexible construction and tight bend capability allow the tube to be routed around machinery and through confined spaces, while the smooth internal bore helps maintain efficient airflow.
Ester PU also provides good resistance to oils and grease commonly encountered in industrial pneumatic environments.

Ester PU or Ether PU?
Ester PU is an excellent general-purpose choice for compressed-air systems, machinery and normal indoor industrial pneumatic applications.
Where tubing will be exposed to water, high humidity, condensation or outdoor conditions, Ether PU is generally preferred because of its superior hydrolysis resistance.
Choose Ester PU → Compressed air, machinery, automation and general indoor pneumatic systems.
Choose Ether PU → Water, humidity, condensation, outdoor use and repeated moisture exposure.
Installation
Suitable for standard pneumatic push-in fittings matched to the tubing outside diameter.
For reliable sealing, cut the tubing cleanly and squarely using a pneumatic tube cutter before inserting it fully into the fitting.
