Air Line Male Swivel Elbow with Speed / Flow Controller – GSC Series Advanced Pneumatic One-Touch Flow-Control Elbow Fittings The GSC Series of Air Line Male Swivel Elbow Push-to-Connect Fittings with integrated speed / flow control allows precise regulation of air cylinder speed while maintaining a compact, leak-free design. Each fitting combines a one-touch push-fit connection for Nylon or Polyurethane tubing with an adjustable needle valve for fine flow adjustment. The swivel elbow body enables easy alignment even after installation. Available in metric tube sizes 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm, with M5, 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" BSPP (G) threads featuring NBR O-ring seals. BSPT versions are Teflon-treated and ready for use, ensuring instant assembly and reliable sealing under pressure. Precision Nickel-Plated Construction Each fitting features a nickel-plated brass and PA66 composite body, combining strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight performance. Components include NBR sealing rings, stainless-steel lock claws, and a POM collar + lock ring for dependable, vibration-resistant operation. The zinc-alloy collet provides secure tube grip with smooth release.
