M7x0.5 Solenoid Valve Dust Cap – SHAKO NVS5000033
The SHAKO NVS5000033 is a compact plastic dust protection cap designed for compatible solenoid valve armature assemblies.
It screws onto the M7 x 0.5 armature thread and helps prevent dust and debris from accumulating within the exposed armature exhaust/orifice while retaining an exhaust path through the cap.
SHAKO specifically recommends the NVS5000033 for ATEX 2D dust environments, where dust accumulation in the armature exhaust orifice may occur over time.
Sold in Bag quantities of 10, 50 or 100 pcs
ATEX Dust Applications
The NVS5000033 is particularly useful when compatible solenoid valves are installed in dusty industrial environments.
For example, SHAKO recommends this cap for the BM520-02-S when used in a 2D environment, to help prevent dust accumulating in the armature exhaust/orifice after prolonged service.
Important: The NVS5000033 is a mechanical dust-protection accessory. It does not itself provide ATEX certification to a solenoid valve or coil. The complete valve/solenoid assembly must be correctly specified and certified for the hazardous area concerned.
