Pneumatic Male Swivel Elbow Speed Controller
The NSS Series is a compact pneumatic swivel elbow speed controller combining a push-in tube connection, male BSP threaded connection and adjustable uni-directional flow control in a single fitting.
Designed for controlling pneumatic cylinder and actuator speed by regulating airflow in one direction while allowing free flow in the opposite direction.
The swivel elbow body allows the push-in tube connection to be positioned after installation, making tube routing easier and reducing stress on the pneumatic tubing.
Available for 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm pneumatic tube with male thread sizes from M5 to 1/2 BSP.
Adjustable Uni-Directional Flow Control
The integral needle adjustment allows airflow to be precisely restricted in one direction, providing convenient control of pneumatic cylinder or actuator operating speed.
The adjustment screw can be set to suit the required flow rate and locked in position.
Swivel Male Elbow Configuration
The 90° elbow body can swivel around the male threaded connection, allowing the push-in tube outlet to be positioned to suit the installation.
This is particularly useful in confined installations where the pneumatic tube needs to leave the cylinder, valve or actuator in a specific direction.
The compact design combines the speed controller, male threaded connection and push-in tube fitting in a single component.
One-Touch Push-In Connection
The push-to-connect tube port provides quick installation of Nylon or Polyurethane pneumatic tubing. Simply push the tube fully into the fitting for a secure connection; removal is achieved by pressing the release sleeve.
