5/2 Way Double Solenoid

5/2 double solenoid valves (bi-stable) are designed for pneumatic cylinder control, using two coils to switch and hold position without spring return. These valves are ideal for applications where the valve must remain in its last state after power is removed.

3 ports with 2 positions. Power off inlet closed, outlet open to exhaust - power on inlet open to outlet with exhaust closed.

5/2 Single Acting0

5 ports 2 positions (1 inlet, 2 outlets, 2 exhaust ports). Power to coil Cylinder fully extends - Power off cylinder fully retracts (or visa versa)

5/2 Double Acting0

Power to left coil Cylinder fully extends, power to right coil cylinder fully retracts, power off cylinder stays put fully extended or retracted.

FKM Fluoro elastomer (Fluorocarbon) Viton® Dupont registered, known as Tecnoflon, Fluorel, Dai-El. Good for hot water, acid, alkali, oils, hydrocarbons and salt solutions, many aggressive chemicals, diluted acids, weak alkali's, mineral oils, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, sunlight and ozone. -26°C to +205°C. Poor resistance to Ketone's and Acetone.

NBR0

NBR (Nitrile Buna Rubber) known as Nitrile Butadine, Buna-N, Hycar, Chemigum, Butakon, Breaon, Butacril, Paracil, Nipol, Perbunan, Krynac or Europrene-N. Good for Aliphatic Hydrocarbons, Petroleum, Fuels, Mineral Oil, Vegetable and Hydraulic Oil, Alcohol and many Acids. -35°C to +100°C. Poor for Ozone, Acetone, Methyl ethyl Ketone, Chlorinated Hydrocarbons, Ethers and Esters.

Silicone0

Silicone (VMQ) known as PVMQ, Silastic, Siloprene, Rhodorsil or Silplus. Good resistance to Oil, solvents, aniline alcohol, dilute acids or bases, benzene, toluene, petrol. -60°C to +230°C. Poor resistance Diesel, hot air, steam over 150 C, strong acids and bases.
