The Sunwell GL20 is a high-flow brass latching (bi-stable) solenoid valve designed for automatic control of air, water, light oils and compatible gases. Its servo-assisted diaphragm design provides substantially higher flow capacity than direct acting latching valves whilst requiring only a short electrical pulse to change state.
Once energised with a momentary DC pulse, the valve remains in its selected position without continuous electrical power. A reverse polarity pulse returns the valve to its original position, making the GL20 ideal for battery-powered equipment, remote installations and energy-efficient process control systems.
Manufactured from a forged brass body with stainless steel internal components, the GL20 combines reliable pilot-operated performance with low power consumption and compact dimensions. Optional EPDM or FKM seals provide compatibility with a wider range of industrial media.
