The Z-Tide Industrial RELF Series is a precision direct-acting low pressure reducing valve designed to provide highly accurate downstream pressure control in industrial process and water treatment systems. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with a balanced piston and large diaphragm design, the RELF Series delivers exceptionally stable outlet pressure even when inlet pressure fluctuates. Available with PN16 flanges from DN15 to DN50, with optional ANSI 150 lb or JIS10K flanges, these valves are ideal for RO systems, chemical processing, laboratory installations and other sensitive low-pressure fluid applications.

Manufactured using heavy-duty 316 stainless steel with precision-machined internal components, the Z-Tide Industrial RELF Series has been engineered for industrial applications requiring highly accurate low-pressure regulation and dependable long-term performance. The balanced piston and large diaphragm design provide exceptional sensitivity while maintaining a stable downstream pressure despite normal inlet pressure fluctuations. Precision UH-ring sealing enhances regulation accuracy, minimises leakage and extends service life, while the supplied glycerine-filled stainless steel pressure gauge provides clear outlet pressure indication even in vibrating industrial environments. A special micro-pressure version with adjustment down to approximately 0.02 Bar is also available for ultra-low pressure applications.

Simply select the required flange size, outlet pressure range and seal material before adding the valve to your basket. Optional ANSI 150 lb or JIS10K flanges, Duplex stainless steel construction, FKM or EPDM seals, higher pressure adjustment ranges and a special micro-pressure version are available on request.
