High Pressure Stainless Steel Pressure Regulator for Hygienic & Corrosive Environments

The Shako USR Series 316 Stainless Steel Air Pressure Regulator is a high-performance piston-operated regulator designed to provide accurate and stable compressed air pressure control in corrosive, hygienic and high-pressure pneumatic systems.

Available with 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" BSP ports, the USR Series combines full 316 stainless steel construction with excellent pressure regulation, making it ideal for food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical plants, offshore installations and clean compressed air systems.

Designed for operating pressures up to 60 Bar, the USR regulator delivers reliable long-term performance in demanding industrial environments where corrosion resistance and hygienic construction are essential.

Pressure Regulation

The USR uses a precision piston-operated regulating mechanism to provide smooth and stable downstream pressure across a wide operating range.

Two outlet pressure ranges are available to suit different applications, while an optional non-relieving version (USRV) is available where downstream pressure must not be vented when reducing the pressure setting.
