Full Flow Stainless Steel Foot Valve & Self-Cleaning Suction Strainer – Z-Tide Industrial FVF-S Series
The Z-Tide Industrial FVF-S Series is a premium full-flow foot valve with integrated self-cleaning suction strainer, designed to protect pumps, maintain suction prime and simplify maintenance in demanding industrial and corrosive water applications. Manufactured entirely from 304 stainless steel, the FVF-S Series combines a full-flow non-return valve with a stainless steel debris screen and patented self-cleaning back-flush lever, allowing the filter screen to be cleaned without removing the valve from the water or re-priming the pump. Available with threaded or flanged connections, the FVF-S Series is ideally suited to industrial process water, food production, water treatment, marine installations and corrosive environments.

Manufactured entirely from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel with a full-flow internal design, the Z-Tide Industrial FVF-S Series has been engineered for demanding industrial environments where corrosion resistance, reliability and long service life are essential. The stainless steel filter screen protects pumps against debris ingress while the integrated non-return valve prevents loss of suction and maintains pump prime between operating cycles. The patented self-cleaning lever enables accumulated debris to be flushed from the screen without removing the foot valve from the water or dismantling the suction line, significantly reducing maintenance time while eliminating the need to stop and re-prime the pump. The dual-centre guided shaft provides excellent operating stability, while the full-flow passage minimises pressure loss to maximise pumping efficiency and extend equipment life.
