2 Inch Motor Actuated WRAS Ball Valve – Power Open/Close or Failsafe Return


The CNX20 WRAS Series is a heavy-duty 2 inch motor actuated brass ball valve designed for reliable automatic control of potable water, water treatment, HVAC, process plant and industrial automation systems. Combining a WRAS approved nickel-plated brass ball valve with a robust IP67 quarter-turn electric actuator, it provides dependable shut-off and long service life in demanding commercial and industrial environments.

Available in either Power Open/Close or Failsafe Return versions, the valve is suitable for applications where reliable operation, WRAS compliance and automatic return on power failure are essential. The actuator incorporates adjustable end-of-travel feedback switches, manual override, anti-condensation heater and ISO5211 direct mounting for dependable long-term operation.

Control Options

Power Open / Power Close
The valve remains in its last commanded position when power is removed.
Ideal where valve position must be maintained during power loss.

Failsafe Return
Power operates the valve normally.
When power is removed, the actuator automatically returns the valve to its predetermined safe position using its internal reserve power system.
A minimum of approximately 30 seconds power ON is required during first commissioning to fully charge the internal reserve capacitor.
