The Shako SSL200 Miniature Air Line Lubricator is a compact 316 stainless steel oil mist lubricator designed to provide reliable lubrication for pneumatic valves, cylinders, actuators and air tools operating in demanding industrial environments.
Manufactured entirely from 316 stainless steel, the SSL200 combines excellent corrosion resistance with precise oil mist lubrication, making it ideal for food processing, pharmaceutical production, semiconductor manufacturing, chemical plants and offshore installations.
Its compact size, high flow capacity and hygienic construction make it an excellent choice where installation space is limited without compromising lubrication performance.
Lubrication System
The SSL200 produces a finely atomised oil mist which is carried throughout the compressed air system, providing continuous lubrication to downstream pneumatic equipment.
The adjustable oil feed allows lubrication to be accurately matched to the application, reducing component wear while extending equipment service life.
The lubricator reservoir can be refilled while the system remains pressurised, minimising maintenance downtime.
