Compact High Pressure Air Filter for Corrosive & Hygienic Applications
The Shako SSF200 is a compact 316 stainless steel compressed air filter designed to remove water, condensate and particulate contamination from compressed air systems operating in corrosive, hygienic and high-pressure environments.
With a 1/4" BSP port and full 316 stainless steel construction, the SSF200 is ideal for food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical processing, offshore installations and precision pneumatic systems where corrosion resistance and long service life are essential.
The standard 5 μm stainless steel filter element efficiently removes moisture and solid contaminants from compressed air, while an optional 40 μm stainless steel element is available for applications requiring coarser filtration.
Heavy Duty 316 Stainless Steel Construction
Manufactured entirely from 316 stainless steel, including the body, bowl and filter element, the SSF200 provides outstanding resistance to corrosion, aggressive cleaning chemicals and demanding industrial environments.
Standard Viton (FKM) seals provide excellent chemical compatibility and long service life.
The standard semi-automatic drain automatically discharges condensate when system pressure falls below approximately 0.5 Bar, while a manual drain option is also available.
