High Pressure Stainless Steel Lubricator for Hygienic Pneumatic Systems
The Shako USL Series Stainless Steel Air Lubricators are high-pressure oil mist lubricators designed to provide reliable lubrication for pneumatic valves, cylinders, actuators and air tools operating in demanding industrial environments.
Manufactured entirely from 316 stainless steel, the USL Series combines excellent corrosion resistance with controlled oil mist lubrication, making it ideal for food processing, pharmaceutical production, chemical plants, offshore installations and hygienic compressed air systems.
Designed for continuous operation, the USL Series delivers reliable lubrication at working pressures up to 60 Bar while maintaining long service life in harsh operating environments.
Lubrication System
The USL produces a finely atomised oil mist which is carried throughout the compressed air system, providing continuous lubrication to downstream pneumatic equipment.
The adjustable oil feed allows lubrication to be matched to individual applications, helping reduce component wear while extending service life.
Recommended lubricating oil: ISO VG32
