Coalescing & Activated Carbon Filter Set – UCMF Series
High-performance compressed air filtration for industrial and demanding applications, designed to remove oil, water, and contaminants down to 0.003 ppm.
Valve Function & Operation
→ Function: Coalescing 2-stage or Activated Carbon filtration
→ Port sizes: 1/4, 3/8 or 1/2 BSP thread, optional NPT or Rc threads
→ Pressure range: 0.5 to 10 Bar, tested to 15 Bar
→ Temperature range: 0 °C to +60 °C
→ Drain: Semi-automatic standard, optional manual
Construction & Materials
→ Body: Die-cast aluminium
→ Bowl: Polycarbonate standard, optional anti-acid/alkali or aluminium
→ Filter element: Coalescing 0.01 micron (red) standard, optional 0.1 micron or Activated Carbon (green)
→ Visual status gauge included for immediate filter condition monitoring
Performance
→ Flow rates (ANR): 2050, 2100, 2150 L/min depending on port size
→ Coalescing 0.01 μ filter removes residual oil, water, and particles >0.00001 mm
→ Activated carbon filter removes residual oil vapour, odours, and biological particles down to 0.003 ppm
