The Shako USFR/L series is a high-performance 316 stainless steel filter regulator lubricator (FRL) designed to provide compressed air filtration, accurate pressure regulation and controlled oil mist lubrication in a single compact assembly.
Rated for operating pressures up to 60 Bar (900 psi), the USFR/L series combines excellent corrosion resistance with reliable pneumatic air preparation, making it ideal for food processing, pharmaceutical production, chemical processing, offshore installations and other demanding industrial environments.

Standard pneumatic FRL assemblies are typically manufactured from aluminium alloys, which may not provide sufficient corrosion resistance for aggressive or hygienic environments.
The Shako USFR/L series combines high-efficiency compressed air filtration, precision pressure regulation and adjustable oil mist lubrication within a robust 316 stainless steel assembly. Designed for operating pressures up to 60 Bar, it delivers dependable performance, long service life and reliable air preparation for demanding industrial pneumatic applications.
