High Performance Compressed Air Filtration for Industrial & Process Applications
The YD Series Industrial Compressed Air Filters are designed to remove solid particles, liquid water, oil aerosols, oil vapours and other airborne contaminants from compressed air systems, helping protect downstream equipment while delivering exceptionally clean compressed air for demanding industrial applications.
Available in sizes from 1½" to 3" BSPT, the YD Series offers high flow capacities up to 37.2 m³/min, making it ideal for large compressed air installations in manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceutical production, offshore facilities and process industries.
A choice of particulate, coalescing and activated carbon filter elements allows the filtration performance to be matched precisely to the required compressed air quality.
Filtration Options
PF – 5 Micron Particle Filter
Designed as the primary filtration stage, removing solid particles larger than 5 μm while reducing liquid oil contamination.
AO – 1 Micron Coalescing Filter
Removes water aerosols, oil mist and particulate contamination down to 1 μm, providing high-efficiency general-purpose compressed air filtration.
AA – 0.01 Micron Coalescing Filter
High-efficiency coalescing filter for removing ultra-fine oil aerosols, moisture and particulate contamination with residual oil content below 0.01 mg/m³.
ACS – Activated Carbon Filter
Removes residual oil vapours, hydrocarbon odours and trace contaminants, producing exceptionally clean compressed air with residual oil vapour below 0.003 mg/m³.
Heavy Duty Industrial Construction
The filter housings are manufactured from high-strength die-cast aluminium alloy with a multi-stage anti-corrosion surface treatment, making them suitable for demanding industrial and offshore environments.
Each housing is supplied complete with a differential pressure indicator or gauge, condensate sight glass and automatic drain (manual drain on selected models), providing continuous monitoring and reliable condensate removal. The housings are pressure tested before painting and again after final assembly.

Configuration Options
The modular YD Series can be installed individually or combined into multi-stage filtration systems, allowing progressive removal of particles, water, oil aerosols and oil vapours.
