Description
Shako ZGFR-500A-D Miniature Filter Bowl with Auto Drain
Genuine Shako ZGFR-500A-D replacement miniature filter bowl assembly, supplied complete with adaptor and AD-01 fully automatic condensate drain.
Designed for compatible Shako miniature filters, filter regulators and FRL air treatment units. The complete assembly provides a convenient replacement where an automatic condensate drain is required rather than a standard manual bowl drain.
The automatic drain mechanically discharges collected condensate and requires no electrical supply.
Complete Assembly Includes
AD-01 Fully Automatic Drain
Mechanical condensate drain with 0.8–10 Bar operating pressure and M5 × 0.8mm connection.
ZGFR-500A-03 Extension Adaptor
Provides the additional clearance required to install the AD-01 automatic drain. Supplied with the required O-ring.
ZGFR200B Polycarbonate Filter Bowl
Replacement polycarbonate bowl for the compatible Shako miniature air treatment units.

Automatic Condensate Drain
The included Shako AD-01 is a compact, fully mechanical automatic drain designed to discharge accumulated condensate from the filter bowl.
Unlike electrically operated timed drains, the AD-01 requires no electrical connection, making the complete assembly a simple solution for automatic condensate removal from compatible miniature compressed-air treatment equipment.
