Shako DA-014W Fully Automatic Condensate Drain – FRL Filters
Genuine Shako DA-014W fully automatic condensate drain for compatible Shako compressed-air filters, filter regulators and FRL air treatment units.
The DA-014W automatically drains accumulated water and condensate from the filter bowl without requiring manual operation, helping maintain effective compressed-air filtration and reducing routine drain maintenance.
Designed for operation between 0.5 and 9 Bar, the drain incorporates a protective screen to help prevent solid debris causing blockages and is suitable for a wide range of Shako UCF, NUF and related air treatment units.

Fully Automatic vs Semi-Automatic
DA-014W Fully Automatic Drain → Automatically removes condensate during normal operation without requiring manual draining.
ZGUX Semi-Automatic Drain → Drains when system pressure falls below approximately 0.5 Bar and can also be manually operated.
ZGUX Manual Drain → Requires manual operation to discharge accumulated condensate.
That little section is worth having because you've now got all three drain types on the site and it gives customers a genuine reason to cross-shop them.
Maintenance
Inspect the automatic drain periodically to ensure condensate is being discharged correctly and the protective screen remains free from excessive contamination.
Before removing, cleaning or replacing the drain, isolate the compressed-air supply and fully depressurise the filter bowl.
