Flanged Stainless Steel Pilot-Assisted Pressure Reducing Valve – Z-Tide Industrial BFR-S Series


The Z-Tide Industrial BFR-S Series is a heavy-duty flanged pilot-assisted pressure reducing valve designed to automatically reduce and maintain stable downstream pressure in high-flow water and compatible fluid systems.

Manufactured in either 304 or 316 stainless steel, the BFR-S Series combines excellent corrosion resistance with precise outlet pressure regulation, maintaining the selected downstream pressure despite fluctuations in inlet pressure or system demand.

Available from DN50 to DN500 with PN16 flanges and optional ANSI 150 lb, JIS10K, JIS20K, PN10 or PN20 flange standards, the BFR-S is ideally suited to industrial water systems, cooling circuits, water treatment, food and beverage production, pharmaceutical applications and corrosive fluid handling.

Manufacturing quality

Manufactured using heavy-duty 304 or 316 stainless steel with precision-machined stainless steel internal components, the Z-Tide Industrial BFR-S Series has been engineered for demanding industrial environments where corrosion resistance, reliability and precise pressure regulation are essential. Its pilot-assisted pressure reducing controller continuously monitors downstream pressure and automatically adjusts the main valve to maintain the selected outlet pressure, regardless of changes in inlet pressure or system demand. The patented cylindrical piston design provides exceptionally high flow capacity while the externally mounted stainless steel pressure gauge allows simple commissioning, adjustment and routine monitoring. The removable pilot controller further simplifies maintenance by allowing servicing without removing the main valve body from the pipeline.
