Digital Solenoid Valve Timer – Programmable DIN43650A
The TEC22 Digital Solenoid Valve Timer is a fully programmable solid-state cycle controller designed to mount directly between a DIN43650A Form A solenoid coil and electrical connector.
Unlike conventional analogue repeat-cycle timers with fixed adjustment ranges, the TEC22 Digital allows the ON and OFF periods to be independently programmed from 1 second up to 99 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
Three selectable operating modes — ON/OFF Repeat, OFF/ON Repeat and Single Shot — provide flexible automatic control without requiring a separate PLC or external timer.
Ideal for automatic condensate drains, air compressors, water treatment equipment, lubrication systems, pneumatic automation and industrial process control.

Timing Range

Both ON and OFF periods can be programmed independently, providing considerably greater flexibility than conventional analogue repeat-cycle timers with fixed adjustment ranges.
Operating Modes
ON → OFF Repeat
The timer energises the solenoid for the programmed ON period, switches OFF for the programmed interval and continuously repeats the cycle.
OFF → ON Repeat
The timer initially remains OFF for the programmed interval before energising the solenoid for the selected ON period. The sequence then repeats automatically.
Single Shot
Provides a single timed switching sequence rather than continuous repeat cycling.
Programming
Programming is carried out using the four front-panel controls.
Select the required operating mode, enter the required ON and OFF periods and confirm the settings.
Green LED → ON time
Red LED → OFF time
The ADD and ENTER controls allow the required hours, minutes and seconds to be entered directly.
Once programmed, the timer stores its settings and automatically resumes the selected operating sequence when power is reapplied.
