The EPVX2 Series High Pressure Electro-Pneumatic Proportional Pressure Regulator provides precise electronic control of compressed air and inert gas pressure up to 30 Bar.
Designed for demanding industrial automation and process control applications, the EPVX2 converts analogue electrical input signals into accurate proportional pneumatic output pressure, making it ideal for high-pressure test equipment, gas control systems, automated machinery and precision manufacturing.
With integrated digital pressure display, analogue feedback outputs and configurable switching outputs, the EPVX2 delivers reliable closed-loop pressure control where high pressure and exceptional accuracy are required.
Electronic Pressure Control
The EPVX2 continuously regulates outlet pressure in direct proportion to the electrical input signal.
An internal electronic controller automatically adjusts outlet pressure to the required set point while monitoring pressure through the integrated digital display.
The regulator supports analogue pressure feedback, programmable switching outputs and selectable engineering units, making integration with PLC, HMI and industrial control systems straightforward.

Installation Recommendations
For optimum performance, install a compressed air filter with a filtration rating finer than 5 micron immediately upstream of the regulator.
Where compressed air contains significant moisture, we recommend using an aftercooler, air dryer or condensate separator to prevent contamination and ensure long-term reliability.
Do not install a lubricator upstream of the regulator, as oil contamination may affect performance.
Oxygen Service
The EPVX2 is suitable for oxygen service; however, when using oxygen the maximum supply pressure must not exceed 1 MPa (10 Bar). Appropriate oxygen-system safety practices should always be followed.
