SHAKO 3-Stage Breathing Air Filter Element Set 3/4"-1"
The SHAKO 3-stage replacement filter element set is designed for compatible 3/4" and 1" compressed breathing-air filtration systems, including SHAKO UFR-UMFB-UMFKB assemblies in sizes 06 and 08.
Supplied as a complete set of three replacement elements, providing progressive filtration from general particulate and moisture removal through high-efficiency coalescing filtration to final activated-carbon treatment.

The set includes:
1 × 5µm PE Pre-Filter – NUB0008063
First-stage polyethylene filter element for general compressed-air filtration.

Progressive Air Filtration
The three elements work sequentially:
5µm Pre-Filter → 0.01µm Coalescing → Activated Carbon
The 5µm pre-filter removes larger particulate and bulk contamination before the air reaches the more sensitive fine filtration stages.
The 0.01µm coalescing element then removes very fine particles together with entrained oil and water aerosols.
Finally, the activated-carbon element provides additional treatment of residual oil vapour and associated odours.
This staged arrangement also helps protect the coalescing and activated-carbon elements from premature contamination.
