Description
SHAKO 5µm & 40µm PE Filter Elements – 3/4" & 1"
Genuine SHAKO replacement polyethylene (PE) filter elements for compatible 3/4" and 1" pneumatic filters, filter regulators and FRL air treatment equipment.
Available in 5 micron or 40 micron filtration, these replacement elements remove solid contamination from compressed-air systems and restore filtration performance when the existing element becomes dirty or restricted.
Designed for the larger SHAKO U Series 3/4" and 1" air preparation units.

5 Micron
Provides finer filtration for applications requiring cleaner compressed air and improved removal of smaller solid particles.
40 Micron
General-purpose filtration for standard industrial compressed-air systems, providing effective particle removal with lower airflow restriction.
For routine servicing, we recommend replacing the existing element with the same filtration grade originally fitted unless the system requirements have changed.

Replacement & Maintenance
Compressed-air contamination gradually collects within the porous PE element during normal operation.
As the element becomes contaminated, airflow restriction and pressure drop across the filter can increase. Periodic replacement helps maintain efficient air preparation and protects downstream pneumatic equipment.
