Description

Single acting pneumatic actuator (AAAR) and double acting rotary actuator (AADA).

Rack + pinion pneumatic actuator, 6 to 350NM.
(Options up to 8000NM Spring return and 13,000 NM Double acting based on 400 series with 8 Bar air supply.)
90-degree rotation, two external travel stops allowing for +/- 5 degree adjustment.
Port: 1/4 BSP and Namur interface compliant controllers to VD/VDE3845.
ISO5211 direct mount F03, F05, F07 and F10, Drive 11mm, 14mm, 17mm or 22mm
Air supply 2 to 8 Bar (30 microns filtered + dry, in combination with positioner 5 microns filtration is required.)
2 colour visual position indicator
Body: Hard anodised aluminium alloy with epoxy coated die-cast aluminium alloy end caps.
Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C (Custom options -40°C to +180°C)

Conforming to latest international standards ISO5211, DIN3337, VD/VDE3875 Namur and ATEX according to Directive 2014/34/EU Article 1 (b) (ii). Ex II 2GD c T3 or T5.

Compact modern design with single and double acting units dimensionally identical.

All moving surfaces polished and with high quality bearings give low friction, long cycle life and no noise.

Lightweight high intensity die-cast aluminium pistons and end caps.

No lubrication required.

Option for IP67 switch box with 2 SPDT micro switches for open and closed position feed back and dome visual position indication.

Supplied fully function tested prior to shipping. (Push fittings + silencers used for bench testing can be removed to install Namur solenoid controller.)

When choosing our pneumatic actuator, we recommend the actuator torque is 30% higher than the valve it is being mounted onto.
