Fast Quarter Turn Electric Valve Actuator – 1–2 Second Operation
The ABV/2SEC-E2-MO is an ultra-fast quarter turn electric actuator designed for applications requiring rapid valve operation. Available in Power Open/Power Close or Capacitor Failsafe versions, it combines 15Nm running torque with up to 20Nm breakaway torque, making it ideal for motorised ball valves, butterfly valves and automated process control systems.
The compact IP68 actuator features visual position indication, manual override, volt-free end position feedback and a robust engineering polymer housing for reliable indoor or outdoor operation.

When power is applied, the actuator rotates 90° to the operating position. On power loss the internal reserve power automatically returns the actuator to its original position.
Requires approximately 1.5-2 Mins power to fully charge the reserve capacitor.
Consumes less than 0.5 Watt while powered and stationary.
Position feedback:
Green = Open
Yellow = Closed
White = Common
Option B – Power Open / Power Close
Red and Black provide the power supply.
Applying power to the Green control wire rotates the actuator 90°.
Removing power from the Green wire returns the actuator to its starting position.
Position feedback:
Blue & Grey = Open
Yellow & White = Closed
