The Z-Tide Industrial RLF Series is a precision direct-acting pressure relief valve designed to protect industrial water, compressed air and process systems from excessive pressure. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with a balanced piston and diaphragm design, the RLF Series provides fast, accurate pressure limiting while maintaining reliable long-term operation. The valve remains closed during normal operation and automatically opens when the preset pressure is reached, safely relieving excess pressure before gently resealing as system pressure returns below the set value. Available with flanged connections from DN15 to DN150, the RLF Series is ideally suited to industrial process systems, water treatment plants, compressed air installations and demanding corrosive environments.

Manufactured using heavy-duty 316 stainless steel with precision-machined internal components, the Z-Tide Industrial RLF Series has been engineered for dependable over-pressure protection in demanding industrial environments. The balanced piston and diaphragm design provide rapid, accurate pressure relief when the preset limit is reached, while the UH-ring sealing system enhances sealing performance, minimises leakage and delivers excellent long-term durability. Heavy-duty flanged construction, corrosion-resistant materials and factory pressure testing ensure reliable operation throughout the valve's service life. Optional Duplex 316 stainless steel construction, alternative pressure adjustment ranges and PN25 flange configurations are available for specialist applications.

Simply select the required flange size, pressure relief setting and seal material before adding the valve to your basket. Optional ANSI 150 lb or PN25 flanges, Duplex 316 stainless steel construction, FKM (Viton®) or EPDM seals and alternative pressure adjustment ranges are available on request.
