Miniature Anti Water Hammer Surge Arrestor – Z-Tide Industrial AXT Series

The Z-Tide Industrial AXT Series is a compact anti water hammer surge arrestor designed to protect domestic, commercial and light industrial water systems against damaging hydraulic shock. Featuring a 90° angle body with a pre-charged compressed air chamber, the AXT Series rapidly absorbs pressure waves created by fast-closing taps, solenoid valves, washing machines and other water appliances. Manufactured from nickel-plated brass, these compact surge arrestors provide reliable long-term protection while requiring minimal installation space.

Manufactured using a nickel-plated brass body with a compact pre-charged air chamber, the Z-Tide Industrial AXT Series has been engineered to provide reliable long-term protection against water hammer in domestic and commercial water systems. The 90° angle body directs hydraulic shock into the compressed air chamber where the pressure wave is rapidly absorbed before it can damage pipework or connected equipment. The integrated Schrader valve allows simple adjustment of the pre-charge pressure to suit individual installations, while the compact design makes the AXT Series ideal for installation close to fast-closing valves and water appliances where surge protection is most effective.

Ordering information

Simply select the required thread size before adding the surge arrestor to your basket. Optional NPT threads and EPDM seals are available to suit your application.
