Hi Kyle, Just a note whilst we are in contact. I just wanted to say how impressed I am with your service, used you a fair few times now and the service is great, thank you. Second note, I have bought a few of your motorised ball valves now and I must say I am really impressed with them, reliability seems great so far and hope they will give many years of service. I am using 3 of the 1" versions in 240v to control the washing of bulk milk tanks and they are working great. I modified them to be normally open (turned the motor head 90deg and opened the valve) rather than closed without having power. Many Thanks, Dan.
