4-Stage Coalescing Air Filter System – UFC / UF / UMFL / UMF
Designed for high-demand compressed air applications, delivering technically dry, oil-free air to ISO 8573-1 Class 3 standards.
Function & Operation
→ Function: 4-stage coalescing and particle filtration
→ Port sizes: 1/4, 3/8 or 1/2 BSP, optional NPT thread
→ Pressure: 0.5 to 10 Bar, tested to 15 Bar
→ Ambient temperature: 0 °C to +60 °C
Filtration Stages
→ Stage 1 – 40 μ pre-filter: removes particles >0.08 mm and moisture
→ Stage 2 – 5 μ pre-filter: removes particles >0.01 mm and 90 % of remaining water
→ Stage 3 – 0.1 μ red coalescing filter: traps remaining oil, water and particles >0.0001 mm
→ Stage 4 – 0.01 μ red coalescing filter: traps remaining oil, water and particles >0.00001 mm
Construction & Materials
→ Bowls: Polycarbonate fast-mount with safety twist lock, optional acid/alkali resistant or aluminium
→ Drain: Semi-automatic standard, optional manual
