Four Stage Compressed Air Purification for Critical Pneumatic Applications
The Shako UFCB-UF-UMFL-UMFB is a complete four-stage compressed air filtration system designed to produce exceptionally clean, dry compressed air for critical pneumatic applications.
By combining dual particulate pre-filters with dual high-efficiency coalescing filters, the system progressively removes water, condensate, solid particles and oil aerosols, helping protect downstream equipment while extending the service life of regulators, valves, cylinders and instrumentation.
Ideal for automation, paint spraying, food production, laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing, CNC machinery and other precision pneumatic applications where compressed air quality is essential.
Four Stage Filtration Process
Stage 1 – 40 Micron Pre-Filter
Removes large solid particles, rust, pipe scale and bulk moisture from the compressed air supply.
Stage 2 – 5 Micron Fine Particulate Filter
Removes finer particulate contamination while separating the majority of remaining liquid water before the coalescing stages.
Stage 3 – 0.1 Micron Coalescing Filter
Removes fine oil aerosols, water mist and microscopic solid particles from the compressed air stream.
Provides final polishing filtration by removing the finest remaining oil aerosols, moisture and particulate contamination to produce exceptionally clean compressed air.
