3-stage breathing air and spray booth compressed air filter set designed to deliver clean, odour-free breathable air in compliance with EN12021.
This filter set comprises a multi-stage filtration system suitable for breathing air and spray booth applications where high air quality is required.

3-stage filtration process
Stage 1 – 5 micron pre-filter
→ Removes solid particles larger than 0.01 mm
→ Removes up to 90% of liquid water
Stage 2 – 0.01 micron coalescing filter (red)
→ High-efficiency removal of oil aerosols
→ Removes fine water mist
→ Removes microscopic particles larger than 0.00001 mm
Stage 3 – activated carbon filter (green)
→ Final polishing stage
→ Removes oil vapour, odours and trace contaminants
→ Delivers filtration down to 0.003 ppm residual oil content

Great delivery and price, convenient modular Air filter system, the element gauge allows our engineers to check the status which well exceeds the Health and Safety requirements. Spare elements are well priced, easy to install and order. Must say you really pushed the boat out with this kit. Dare I say it but other suppliers are at least £100 more expensive for lower quality products.
