2‑Stage Air Filter Regulator + Coalescing Filter System – UFR‑UMFB
High-quality 2‑stage compressed air treatment system designed to deliver clean, dry, and oil-free air for demanding pneumatic applications.
Specifications
- Port Sizes: 1/4, 3/8 or 1/2 BSP thread, option NPT
- Pressure Range: 0.5 to 10 Bar (lockable regulator), tested 15 Bar
- Temperature Range: 0 to +60 °C
- Bowl Material: Polycarbonate fast-mount safety twist lock standard, option acid/alkali resistant or aluminium
- Drain: Semi-automatic standard, option manual drain
Filtration Stages
- 5 μ Pre-filter + Pressure Regulator – Removes solid particles larger than 0.01 mm and up to 90% of water, while regulating downstream pressure
- 0.01 μ Coalescing Filter (Red) – Removes remaining oil and microscopic particles larger than 0.00001 mm for technically dry, oil-free air
