The Z-Tide Industrial REF Series is a high-performance direct-acting pressure reducing valve designed to provide precise and stable downstream pressure control for water, compressed air, gases and compatible industrial fluids. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with a balanced piston and diaphragm design, the REF Series maintains accurate outlet pressure despite fluctuations in inlet pressure. Available with flanged connections from DN15 to DN150, these valves are ideally suited to industrial process systems, water treatment plants, compressed air installations and demanding corrosive environments.

Manufactured using heavy-duty 316 stainless steel with precision-machined internal components, the Z-Tide Industrial REF Series has been engineered for reliable long-term pressure regulation in demanding industrial environments. The balanced piston and diaphragm design automatically maintain a stable downstream pressure despite normal inlet pressure fluctuations, while the UH-ring sealing system provides excellent sealing performance, rapid response and outstanding durability. Heavy-duty flanged construction, corrosion-resistant materials and factory pressure testing ensure dependable operation throughout the valve's service life. Optional Duplex stainless steel construction and high-pressure versions rated up to 40 Bar are available for specialist applications.

Simply select the required flange size, outlet pressure range and seal material before adding the valve to your basket. Optional ANSI 150 lb, JIS10K or PN25 flanges, Duplex stainless steel construction, FKM (Viton®) or EPDM seals, alternative pressure adjustment ranges and high-pressure versions up to 40 Bar are available on request.
