Coalescing & Activated Carbon Filter Sets – UMF Series
High-efficiency filter sets for compressed air systems, designed to remove oil, water, particles, and odours to deliver ultra-clean air for demanding applications.
Valve Function & Operation
- Function: Coalescing or activated carbon air filtration
- Port sizes: 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, or 1 BSP, option NPT or Rc thread
- Filter element: Coalescing 0.01 μm standard, optional 0.1 μm or activated carbon (green element)
- Visual status gauge: 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 – poppet type; 3/4, 1 – needle type
- Pressure range: 0.5 to 10 Bar, tested to 15 Bar
- Temperature: 0°C to +60°C
- Drain: Semi-automatic standard, optional manual
- Flow rate: 2050–3850 L/min (ANR), depending on port size
Construction & Materials
- Body & bowl: Polycarbonate standard, optional acid/alkali resistant and aluminium
- Bowl capacity: Suitable for high-flow systems
- Quick-release bowls for fast, safe filter element replacement
Filtration Performance
- Coalescing 0.01 μm filter (red element) removes oil, water, and particles >0.00001 mm
- Activated carbon filter (green element) removes oil vapour, odours, and biological contaminants, delivering clean air down to 0.003 ppm
- Note: Does not remove CO (Carbon Monoxide) or CO₂ (Carbon Dioxide)
