Industrial Piston Pressure Regulator for High Flow Compressed Air Systems
The Shako UR06 and UR08 Series are high-flow pneumatic air pressure regulators designed to provide accurate and stable downstream pressure control in industrial compressed air systems.
Available with 3/4" and 1" BSP ports, these piston-operated regulators provide flow rates up to 8500 L/min, making them particularly suitable for larger pneumatic machinery, production equipment and compressed air distribution systems where high airflow capacity is required.
The standard relieving regulator automatically vents excess downstream pressure when the pressure setting is reduced. An optional non-relieving configuration is available where downstream venting is not required.
Pressure Regulation & Operation
The UR06-08 Series uses a piston-operated regulating mechanism to maintain controlled downstream compressed air pressure.
The standard relieving function allows downstream pressure to be vented through the regulator when the set pressure is reduced. This allows the outlet pressure to respond quickly to regulator adjustment without requiring the downstream system to be manually exhausted.
For applications where downstream air must not be vented through the regulator, an optional non-relieving version is available.
