The BM530D is a premium 1/4" 5/3 way double solenoid pneumatic valve designed for reliable directional control of double-acting pneumatic actuators and air cylinders. Available with either X (Exhaust Centre) or Y (Pressurised Centre) spool configurations, it provides precise pneumatic control for applications requiring a defined centre position when neither solenoid is energised.

Centre Function Options
X – Exhaust Centre
When neither solenoid is energised, both cylinder ports are connected to exhaust, allowing the actuator to depressurise.
Y – Pressurised Centre
When neither solenoid is energised, both cylinder ports remain pressurised, helping to maintain actuator position under load.
Double Solenoid Operation
Each solenoid shifts the valve spool to its respective operating position.
The valve returns to its defined centre position when neither solenoid is energised, providing safe and predictable pneumatic control.
The lockable manual override allows simple commissioning, maintenance and functional testing without electrical power.
