SHAKO 5 & 40 Micron PE Filter Elements – 1/4" to 1/2"
Genuine SHAKO replacement polyethylene (PE) filter elements for compatible 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" pneumatic filters, filter regulators and FRL air treatment equipment.
Available in either 5 micron or 40 micron filtration, these replacement elements are designed to remove solid contamination from compressed-air systems and restore filtration performance when the original element becomes contaminated or restricted.
Suitable for a wide range of SHAKO NU, U and UC Series air preparation equipment.

5 Micron or 40 Micron?
5 Micron
Provides finer filtration for applications requiring cleaner compressed air and greater removal of small solid particles.
40 Micron
Provides general-purpose compressed-air filtration with lower restriction and is suitable for standard pneumatic air preparation applications.
Select the same filtration grade as the original element unless the requirements of the pneumatic system have been reviewed.

Why Replace the Filter Element?
During normal operation, dirt and solid contamination collected from the compressed-air supply gradually accumulates within the filter element.
