316 Stainless Steel Direct-Acting Pressure Sustaining (Back Pressure) Valve – Z-Tide Industrial RFT Series


The Z-Tide Industrial RFT Series is a precision direct-acting pressure sustaining valve designed to maintain a constant upstream (back) pressure in industrial water, compressed air and process fluid systems. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel with a balanced piston and diaphragm design, the RFT Series provides accurate and stable back pressure regulation despite normal fluctuations in system pressure and flow demand. Available with threaded BSPT connections from ½" to 2", with optional NPT or BSPP (G) threads, these valves are ideally suited to industrial process systems, water treatment, compressed air installations and applications requiring dependable upstream pressure control.

Manufacturing quality

Manufactured using heavy-duty 316 stainless steel with precision-machined internal components, the Z-Tide Industrial RFT Series has been engineered for reliable long-term upstream pressure regulation in demanding industrial environments. The balanced piston and diaphragm design automatically maintain a stable back pressure despite changing downstream demand, while the UH-ring sealing system provides excellent sealing performance, rapid response and outstanding durability. The supplied stainless steel pressure gauge continuously displays the sustained inlet pressure, while the protected adjustment mechanism on larger valve sizes provides secure pressure setting for industrial installations. Alternative pressure adjustment ranges and Duplex 316 stainless steel construction are available for specialist applications.
