Industrial Compressed Air Filter for High Flow Pneumatic Systems
The Shako UF Series High Flow Pneumatic Air Filter is designed to remove water, condensate and solid contaminants from industrial compressed air systems, providing clean, reliable air to protect downstream valves, actuators, regulators and pneumatic equipment.
Available in 3/4" and 1" BSP ports, the UF Series offers substantially higher flow capacity than compact FRL units, making it ideal for larger machinery, production lines and high-demand compressed air installations.
The standard 5 μm polyethylene filter element efficiently removes moisture and particulate contamination, while optional 40 μm polyethylene and 5 μm or 40 μm sintered bronze elements allow the filter to be configured for specific industrial applications.
Heavy Duty Industrial Construction
Manufactured from robust die-cast aluminium, the UF Series is supplied with a transparent polycarbonate bowl as standard for quick visual inspection of collected condensate.
Optional acid & alkali resistant and aluminium bowls are available for aggressive environments and demanding industrial applications.
The standard semi-automatic drain automatically releases collected condensate when system pressure falls below approximately 0.5 Bar, with manual and fully automatic drain options available.
