High Pressure Stainless Steel Air Filter for Corrosive & Hygienic Applications
The Shako USF Series 316 Stainless Steel Compressed Air Filter is designed to remove water, condensate and solid contaminants from compressed air systems operating in corrosive, hygienic and high-pressure environments.
Available with 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" BSP ports, the USF Series combines high-pressure performance with full 316 stainless steel construction, making it ideal for food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical plants, offshore installations and other demanding industrial applications.
The standard 5 μm stainless steel filter element efficiently removes particulate contamination from compressed air, while an optional 40 μm stainless steel element is available for applications requiring coarser filtration.
Heavy Duty 316 Stainless Steel Construction
Manufactured entirely from 316 stainless steel, including the body, bowl and filter element, the USF Series provides outstanding corrosion resistance and long service life in aggressive environments.
Standard Viton seals offer excellent chemical resistance and compatibility with compressed air systems.
The semi-automatic drain automatically discharges condensate when system pressure falls below approximately 0.5 Bar, with optional manual and automatic drain configurations available.
An optional drain-free bowl is also available for vacuum applications.
